Studio Operations and Management Coordinator for a photo studio at a production and content creation company in New Cairo – Cairo. Responsibilities • Manage daily studio operations, organize bookings and appointments. • Greet clients and handle them professionally. • Ensure studio and location readiness before each booking. • Ensure lighting, backdrops, microphones, and basic equipment are ready. • Coordinate between clients, photographers, and the team. • Monitor start and end times of shoots and overtime. • Record bookings, deposits, payments, and client notes. • Maintain studio equipment and contents and record any damages. • Answer calls and WhatsApp messages regarding bookings. • Handle operational issues during shoots quickly and calmly. • Carry out some company errands and external tasks when needed. • Prepare a brief daily report on bookings, revenues, and notes. Essential requirements • Higher education degree. • At least two years of experience in operations, bookings management, or customer service. • Preference for experience in a photography studio, production company, advertising agency, events, hotel, hall, or coworking space. • Proficient in computer use and Excel or Google Sheets. • Good command of English. • Well-presented, courteous, and able to deal with clients. • Organized, responsible, trustworthy, and quick-thinking. • Ability to handle field operations requirements and move light equipment. • Flexible work hours when there are evening bookings. • Preference for residence in New Cairo or Nasr City or Heliopolis or nearby areas. • Full-time and able to start soon. Important notes The job is operational and field-based, not purely office-based, and includes following up on studio setup and direct interaction with clients, artists, equipment, and suppliers.
