مؤهل عالٍ أو فوق متوسط مناسب.
خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في التسليمات أو اللوجستيات أو مخازن المنتجات التامة، ويفضل داخل شركة صناعية.
إجادة استخدام Excel، ويفضل الخبرة في أنظمة ERP.
دقة عالية في مراجعة الكميات والمستندات.
قدرة قوية على التنظيم والمتابعة وترتيب الأولويات.
مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق بين الإدارات.
القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط والتعامل مع الطلبات العاجلة.
شخصية مسؤولة وحازمة وسريعة في حل المشكلات.
المهام الرئيسية:إعداد وتنظيم خطة التسليمات اليومية وفقًا لمواعيد العملاء وأولويات الطلبات.التأكد من اكتمال وجاهزية الطلبات ومطابقتها للكميات والمستندات قبل خروجها.التنسيق مع خدمة العملاء والمخازن والإنتاج والجودة والسائقين لتنفيذ التسليمات في موعدها.إعداد أذون ومستندات التسليم ومتابعة تأكيد استلام العميل.تحديث موقف الطلبات والتسليمات على النظام والتقارير اليومية.

Requirements:
A high qualification or above-average suitable.
2 to 4 years of experience in deliveries or logistics or finished goods warehouses, preferably within an industrial company.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems experience is preferred.
High accuracy in reviewing quantities and documents.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and prioritization abilities.
Good communication and inter-department coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requests.
Responsible, assertive, and quick in problem solving.
Main tasks:
Prepare and organize the daily delivery plan according to customer deadlines and order priorities. Ensure orders are complete and ready and match quantities and documents before departure. Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouses, Production, Quality, and drivers to execute deliveries on time. Prepare delivery permits and documents and follow up customer proof of receipt. Update order and delivery status in the system and daily reports.
