About the company: We are a leading company specialized in manufacturing and supplying aluminum systems and architectural facades. We own modern production lines capable of meeting the requirements of major projects. As part of our expansion and development plan, we are seeking a factory manager with high technical and managerial experience to lead production operations and improve performance efficiency. Responsibilities:
1. General management and supervision: Full supervision of all factory departments:
- Windows and doors
- Curtain wall facades
- Cladding
- Shutters
- Handrail and internal office partitions

2. Planning and production:
- Prepare daily and weekly operational plans according to project schedules.
- Ensure on-time delivery to sites according to the approved timeline.

3. Technical and engineering supervision:
- Monitor cutting, processing, and assembly operations.
- Supervise the production process and use of various machines.

4. Scrap management and optimization:
- Review aluminum and cladding cutting plans.
- Achieve the maximum utilization of raw materials and minimize waste.

5. Quality control: Implement ISO 9001 quality standards and safety and risk mitigation procedures in accordance with ISO 45001. Inventory management and coordination: Coordination with procurement and stores departments to ensure availability of production inputs before the manufacturing process, including:
- Aluminum sections
- Glass
- Accessories
- Motors and shutter systems

6. Leadership and development:
- Manage and train technicians and workers.
- Increase productivity and improve overall performance.
- Adhere to safety and health standards (HSE).

Job requirements:
Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical – Production – Architecture – or related engineering field). Experience:
- At least 15 years in aluminum manufacturing and facades.
- At least 5 years in the role of factory manager.

Technical knowledge:
- Advanced experience in Curtain Wall systems.
- Detailed familiarity with cladding, shutter, and office partition systems and all local and global aluminum sections known in the Egyptian market.

Software skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in aluminum fabrication and cutting software such as: (EGYPTAL – LogiKal – Orgadata).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel.

Soft skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
- High problem-solving skills in technical, operations, and logistics areas.
