Required qualifications:✔ 3 to 6 years of experience in collections and accounting.✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills.✔ Ability to follow up with clients and efficiently complete collection procedures.✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office programs.✔ Ability to work in the field and visit clients when needed.✔ Holding a driving license is an added advantage.Job duties:• Follow up on due invoices and payment deadlines.• Continuous communication with clients to ensure collections are received on time.• Visit clients and follow up on field collection procedures.• Prepare periodic reports on the status of collections and delinquencies.• Reconcile client accounts and resolve any discrepancies or financial inquiries.• Coordinate with various departments to ensure continuous updating of collection data.
