- Distinguished experience in supervising luxury hotel and villa finishes (at least 3 years). - Excellent experience in supervising interior finishes and decorations. - Proficiency in reading execution drawings and panels. - Ability to manage multiple teams. - Preference for candidates with experience in nominating (outstanding technical labor and subcontractors). Prefer that applicants are expatriates where decent housing is available at the company headquarters in New Cairo. - Applicants must be available to work evening shifts and some official holidays due to work conditions with a substantial extra allowance.
