Company: Intertrade Location: 10th of Ramadan City - Sharqia, Egypt Key responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs for production lines and equipment. - Perform turning operations to manufacture spare parts according to specifications and ensure equipment readiness. - Diagnose mechanical faults using precise measuring tools and perform corrective maintenance as needed. - Provide quick and effective solutions to sudden problems to ensure uninterrupted production. - Document all maintenance work in daily logs, including faults repaired and parts replaced. - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and achieve production goals. - Adhere to occupational safety procedures and quality standards during all maintenance work. - Apply 5S principles and maintain order and cleanliness of the workplace. Required qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with experience in turning operations for production lines in manufacturing industries (preferably in plastics or similar industries). - Ability to read technical drawings and accurately understand maintenance instructions. - Preference for candidates from 10th of Ramadan City or Sharqia Governorate; transportation (bus) is available to transport employees from 10th of Ramadan. Additional skills: - Basic computer skills and a basic understanding of English are a plus.
