Job objective: Lead and operate all daily processes within Sufra Mart to ensure the best customer experience, achieve the highest operational efficiency and profitability, while maintaining product quality and food safety. Primary responsibilities First: Daily operations management - Full supervision of all company departments. - Ensure showroom readiness before opening daily. - Monitor workflow throughout the day. - Solve operational problems as they arise. - Ensure no department stops working. Second: Team management - Direct supervision of: - Slaughtering and processing department. - Meat processing and blending department. - Packaging department. - Sales department. - Cashier. - Customer service. - Delivery. - Warehouses. - Cleaning workers. Third: Sales achievement - Monitor daily sales. - Analyze best-selling products. - Propose new offers. - Improve customer experience. - Increase average order value. - Increase purchase frequency. Fourth: Inventory management - Monitor stock daily. - Reduce waste. - Monitor slow-moving products. - Ensure FIFO is applied. - Conduct periodic stock taking. Fifth: Quality control - Ensure product quality. - Monitor refrigerator temperatures. - Review cleanliness. - Ensure packaging operations safety. - Prevent any product not meeting specifications from leaving. Sixth: Customer service - Track complaints. - Resolve issues quickly. - Improve customer experience. - Monitor app ratings. - Monitor social media comments. Seventh: Delivery management - Monitor order preparation speed. - Track delivery time. - Reduce return orders. - Improve customer satisfaction. Eighth: Performance monitoring - Prepare daily reports including: - Total sales. - Number of invoices. - Average order value. - Waste rate. - Top-selling products. - Lowest-selling products. - Employee evaluation. - Operational issues. - Proposed solutions. Authorities/Permissions - Allocate staff to departments. - Approve shift schedules. - Evaluate employee performance. - Propose new hires. - Propose termination of underperforming staff. - Propose process improvements. - Approve discounts within allowed limits. Qualifications - At least 7 years of experience in operations management. - Experience in食品 companies or supermarket chains or meat exhibitions or restaurants. - Experience managing more than 20 employees. - Knowledge of inventory management. - Knowledge of food safety. - Proficient in computers and POS systems.
