Assist in managing daily security operations.
Supervise and monitor security staff and shifts.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Investigate security incidents and prepare reports.
Control site access and monitor CCTV systems.
Coordinate emergency response and safety procedures.
Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
Liaise with internal departments and external security authorities when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Military background in the Egyptian Armed Forces is mandatory (Essential Requirement).
3–5 years of experience as Assistant security Manager, preferably in a food manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and emergency procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and manage security teams effectively.
Maximum age: 45 years.

الخبرة العسكرية في القوات المسلحة المصرية أمر إلزامي (متطلب أساسي).
من 3 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة كمدير أمني مساعد، ويفضل في صناعة الأغذية أو بيئة صناعية.
مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية.
معرفة بأنظمة CCTV، وأنظمة التحكم في الوصول، وإجراءات الطوارئ.
إتقان Microsoft Office.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة فرق الأمن بفعالية.
أقصى عمر 45 عامًا.
