We're hiring an #IR_Sales_Specialist – (General Trade) to help us build stronger partnerships with distributors and wholesalers across our hair care portfolio.
What you'll do:Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and dealer networks. Negotiate deals, manage product allocations, and drive trade promotions to boost sales volume. Manage the collection process, ensuring timely payments and healthy account receivables. Develop new business opportunities and increase customer coverage. Drive sales growth through strong market knowledge and execution. Conduct regular outdoor visits to partners across Cairo and Giza to monitor market presence and identify growth opportunities. Report regularly on sales performance, market trends, and collections to Sales Management.
What we're looking for:
2+ years of experience in IR sales Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field Background in retail and consumer electronics is a must Experience in beauty, personal care, or hair care industries is preferred Existing relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, or key market customers are highly preferred Willingness to travel as required
