Role Description The Warehouse Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This position supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching heating system components and related materials. Responsibilities include packing orders accurately, organizing and maintaining inventory, and assisting with loading and unloading deliveries. The Warehouse Assistant helps ensure stock is correctly labeled and recorded, supports inventory counts, and follows safety procedures and company guidelines. The role may also involve basic customer service, such as coordinating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Qualifications Ability to perform Packing tasks efficiently, with attention to accuracy and product safety. Skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to track, organize, and document stock levels. Basic knowledge or experience in Forklift Operation and safe material handling (certification is an advantage). Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with internal teams and support smooth order processing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a warehouse or logistics environment. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods, in line with safety standards. Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
