Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all digital marketing activities to promote Spectra Cure Clinic’s services and strengthen its brand presence. This full-time, on-site role in Cairo involves planning and executing online campaigns, managing social media channels, optimizing the clinic’s website, and monitoring web analytics to improve performance. The manager will develop and implement strategies for lead generation, coordinate content creation with clinical and administrative teams, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid and organic campaigns, tracking and reporting key metrics, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and staying current with digital marketing best practices in the healthcare sector.
Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and general Marketing, with experience in developing and executing online campaigns. Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including managing platforms, creating content calendars, and engaging with audiences. Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, with the ability to design and optimize funnels that convert digital traffic into inquiries and appointments. Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including tracking, interpreting, and reporting performance data to guide decisions. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience in healthcare or working with clinics or medical services is beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with attention to detail and brand consistency.collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools, social media management platforms, and CRM or marketing automation systems is an advantage.
