Role Description The Sales Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to provide actionable insights that support revenue growth and improve sales performance. Day-to-day tasks include preparing regular sales reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying trends, opportunities, and risks. The Sales Analyst partners closely with sales and finance teams to support forecasting, pricing analysis, and sales planning, and helps answer ad hoc data requests. The role also involves working with customer data to better understand customer behavior, supporting process improvements, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including data analysis, reporting, and proficiency with spreadsheets or BI tools. Candidates should possess solid communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should possess customer service awareness and an understanding of customer needs to support sales decisions. Candidates should possess basic finance knowledge, such as revenue, margins, and forecasting concepts relevant to sales analysis. Candidates should possess sales-related knowledge, including familiarity with sales processes, KPIs, and pipeline management. Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field) is preferred. Experience with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
