We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to lead our partnership-building and fundraising efforts, helping us expand our impact and strengthen our network of supporters and strategic allies.
Key Responsibilities Partnership Development Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with corporations, NGOs, foundations, and community organizations. Build and maintain long-term relationships that support Ana Elmasry's mission and growth objectives. Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings. Grant Acquisition & Donor Relations Research and identify relevant grant and funding opportunities. Lead the preparation, writing, and submission of grant proposals and funding applications. Maintain ongoing communication with donors and funding partners, ensuring compliance and timely reporting requirements. Strategic Growth Develop and execute business development strategies to diversify funding streams. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with organizational priorities. Monitor and evaluate partnership performance to maximize impact and sustainability. What We're Looking For✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, International Relations, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in:Business Development Fundraising Partnerships Management NGO, Development Sector, or Corporate ESG Programs✅ Proven success in grant writing and securing funding✅ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills✅ Strong project management and organizational abilities✅ Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
