Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential restaurant brands to join our cloud kitchen.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
* Negotiate commercial terms and leasing agreements with clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and business partners.
* Prepare proposals, contracts, and leasing documentation.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Achieve monthly leasing targets and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in leasing, business development, sales, or account management.
* Experience in Cloud Kitchens, F&B, Commercial Leasing, or Real Estate is preferred.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
* Good command of English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Owning a car is a plus.

المتطلبات
* درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
* من 2 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة في التأجير أو تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات أو إدارة الحسابات.
* يفضل الخبرة في المطابخ السحابية والمطاعم والـتأجير التجاري أو العقارات.
* مهارات تفاوض واتصال ممتازة.
* قدرات قوية في العرض وبناء العلاقات.
* إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد.
* الطلاقة في برنامج Microsoft Office.
* امتلاك سيارة يعد ميزة.
