1.Preparing the mold with what this requires in terms of changing the base and the layer and closing the mold according to each model.
2.Receive the casting order from the supervisor and record the data on the line sheet (number of castings).
3.Adjust the air meter to empty the mud (filter).
4.Open the mold and the product comes out on the bench after filtering.
5.Necessary finishing work (coaster knife - diffuser washing).
6.Loading carts to deliver the product to the dryer.

1. إعداد القالب بالمتطلبات اللازمة من حيث تغيير القاعدة والطبقة وإغلاق القالب وفقًا لكل موديل.
2. استلام أمر الصب من المشرف وتسجيل البيانات على ورقة الخط (عدد الصبّات).
3. تعديل عداد الهواء لتفريغ الوحل (مرشح).
4. فتح القالب ويخرج المنتج على البنش بعد الترشيح.
5. الأعمال النهائية اللازمة (سكين قاعدة التقديم - غسيل المزيل/المفرق).
6. تحميل عربات لتسليم المنتج إلى المجفف.
7. إصلاح العيوب التي تظهر بعد التجفيف (شروخ صغيرة - ثقوب هواء - .....)
