Proven track record in designing and delivering mobile and web applications with a strong user experience focus. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards. Experience leading and mentoring UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design team. Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and cross-functional team collaboration. Exceptional ability to communicate and present design strategies to stakeholders, executives, and developers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct A/B testing, and implement design optimizations. Experience in developing and maintaining design systems and UI guidelines for scalable product consistency. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles to collaborate effectively with developers. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in computer science or informations systems.
