We're looking for ambitious and results-driven Sales Account Managers with a strong background in the Real Estate industry to join our growing commercial team.
#Key_Responsibilities
-Develop and manage strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and key accounts.
-Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
-Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
-Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.
-Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM records.
-Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
#Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
-2–5+ years of proven Sales/Account Management experience in the Real Estate industry is a MUST.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
-Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales goals.
-Good command of English.
-Owning a private #car is mandatory.
-Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
