Consultant – Planning and Resourcing Management - Full-Time Onsite (Saudi Arabia)---Purpose of the Role Provide expert consultation to improve organizational processes, performance, and portfolio execution across multiple initiatives. The consultant will design frameworks, workflows, and reporting mechanisms that help the management team plan, prioritize, and deliver projects and programs in line with strategic objectives.---Responsibilities* Provide consultation and support in improving administrative and operational processes, enhancing performance, and optimizing use of resources across the organization.
* Analyse organizational challenges, structures, and workflows, and propose effective, data‑driven solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
* Assist in developing and implementing strategic and operational plans, including portfolios of projects and programs that support business objectives.
* Design and standardize frameworks for project and program governance (e.g., workflows, stage gates, RACI, SOPs, and templates) to ensure consistency and clarity of responsibilities.
* Initiate and roll out workflows for teams to ensure required deliverables are produced on time, to the expected quality, and in line with agreed standards and policies.
* Prepare periodic reports on performance, ongoing projects and programs, risks, and recommendations for improvement for senior management.
* Oversee or support the implementation of improvement initiatives, new processes, and tools, monitoring their impact and making adjustments as needed to achieve corporate objectives.
* Collaborate with different departments (e.g., operations, finance, contracts, quality, stakeholder engagement) to ensure alignment between workflows, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
* Recommend and help implement suitable digital tools or dashboards for portfolio tracking, workflow management, and performance reporting.---
Qualifications & Experience* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, organizational performance, PMO/portfolio management, or project/program management roles.
* Strong expertise in organizational structures, process analysis, and performance management, including KPI and dashboard design.
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and prepare clear strategic and operational reports for senior management.
* Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to work with diverse teams and leadership; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in modern management tools and data analysis techniques (e.g., advanced Excel, BI/dashboard tools, project/portfolio management platforms).

* Previous experience working in multinational environments or cross‑cultural teams, ideally including exposure to GCC or similar markets.
* Deep understanding of global best practices in management, portfolio and program governance, and organizational performance, with proven ability to adapt them to local market and regulatory contexts.
* Preferably, experience in engineering, industrial, infrastructure, or similar sectors, dealing with complex projects and operational environments.
