Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Salesperson will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting property listings, coordinating negotiations, and assisting with contracts and documentation. The role also involves staying informed about local market trends, maintaining accurate records in company systems, collaborating with colleagues on sales strategies, and delivering a professional, customer-focused experience at all times. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. Valid Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one, as required by local regulations). Knowledge of real property and local real estate market dynamics in New Cairo. Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional presentation abilities. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain organized documentation. Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and transactions. Relevant education in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is an advantage. Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing sales role is preferred.
