Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Fresh Real Estate Agent with no prior experience required. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in identifying suitable properties, conducting property tours, and supporting them through the decision-making and purchasing process. Daily tasks include learning the portfolio of projects, updating property listings, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves coordinating with senior agents and consultants, attending training sessions, and participating in team meetings to stay informed about market trends and new developments. Qualifications
Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain a Real Estate License, and demonstrate genuine interest in the Real Estate field. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills such as negotiation, persuasion, and goal-oriented follow-up. Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Real Property concepts and a willingness to learn market dynamics in Egypt and the Middle East. Candidates should have good interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Cairo, with flexibility to meet clients and attend property visits as needed. A high school diploma is required; a university degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory. Fluency in Arabic is required; good command of English is a strong plus.
