JOB PURPOSEProviding advisory service to the all the Bank’s function covering issuing new products, services, policies and procedures, transactions, communications to customer, and marketing initiative.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enhance and promote Compliance culture and awareness.2. Review product and service and ensure it is in line with CBE requirements.3. Advice regarding customers’ transactions that are regulated by CBE.4. Ensure that marketing campaigns are in line of CBE requirements (transparent, clear, and correct).5. Review the Bank templates, forms, and communications to customers to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded and it is transparent and clear to customers.6. Embed the regulatory requirements in the Bank’s internal policies and procedures.7. Report any regulatory breach to Regulatory Compliance Head.8. Review outsourcing contracts to ensure embedding CBE requirements in addition to avoid any relevant risks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
University Degree, Computer Science in an advantage.knowledge of regulatory requirements.deep understanding of Banking products and services. Analytical skills. * Managerial skills. Work Experience5+ years of experience in Compliance and specifically regulatory field. Went through internal products/services approval process.
