Badr & Asfour for Engineering & Metallic Industries is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing occupational health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and promoting a safe working environment across all company operations.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct workplace risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Deliver HSE induction and awareness training programs for employees.
- Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain HSE records and prepare periodic reports and statistics.
- Support emergency preparedness activities and safety drills.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety.
