Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Senior Agentic AI Developer to lead the design, implementation, and industrialization of next-generation autonomous AI systems. In this role, you will move beyond basic prompt engineering to build sophisticated agentic workflows where Large Language Models (LLMs) function as reasoning engines. You will be responsible for building secure, scalable multi-agent networks that can interact with enterprise APIs, handle long-term state memory, and execute goals with minimal human intervention.
Key Responsibilities1. Agent Architecture & Orchestration Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, task planning, and error self-correction. Implement multi-agent frameworks using patterns like planner-supervisor-executor and agent-to-agent (A2A) communication protocols. Develop and configure Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients to securely expose enterprise tools to AI agents.2. Knowledge Retrieval & Memory Management Architect state and memory systems, integrating persistent memory, short-term context windows, and Knowledge Graphs. Optimize advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing hybrid semantic search and vector databases.3. Integration & Enterprise Engineering Expose agent capabilities by building robust, asynchronous APIs using Python frameworks like Fast API. Connect AI workflows securely to core enterprise systems of record (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, databases, and third-party Saa S APIs). Embed Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) checkpoints within agent workflows to handle edge cases, manual approvals, and compliance constraints.4. LLMOps & System Optimization Establish benchmarking systems to continuously evaluate agent decision accuracy, cost-per-task, latency, and token efficiency. Build reliable guardrails and feedback loops to proactively mitigate LLM hallucination risks, prompt injections, and data leaks. Mentor junior developers and introduce reusable engineering standards for the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Required Skills & Qualifications Programming Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python (required) and working knowledge of Type Script/Node.js or Go. Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience building production workflows with Lang Graph, Crew AI, Auto Gen, Lang Chain, or Semantic Kernel. Data Ecosystems: Deep experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, or pgvector) and complex SQL transformations. Cloud & Dev Ops: Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated CI/CD pipelines. Software Foundations: Practical understanding of event-driven architectures, asynchronous programming, and webhooks.
Required Experience & Education Experience: 5+ years in professional software development, with a minimum of 2+ years explicitly dedicated to building production-grade LLM applications or agentic systems. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a heavily quantitative field (or equivalent specialized industry experience).
Other Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing Spec-Driven Development (SDD) pipelines. Experience with open-source local LLM orchestration and fine-tuning. Familiarity with AI observability and evaluation suites like Lang Smith, Phoenix (Arize), or Tru Lens
