Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role based in New Cairo. The Teaching Assistant will support classroom teachers in delivering lessons, preparing instructional materials, and organizing learning activities. Responsibilities include assisting with individual and small-group instruction, reinforcing key concepts, and helping students stay engaged and on task. The role also involves supervising students during transitions, breaks, and activities, and contributing to a safe, respectful classroom environment. The Teaching Assistant will collaborate with teachers to track student progress, provide feedback, and support differentiated learning as needed.
Qualifications

Strong Assistant Teaching skills, including supporting lesson delivery, classroom activities, and student engagement. Effective Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with students, teachers, and families. Background or interest in Education, with an understanding of basic teaching and learning principles. Competence in Mathematics to support students with classwork, homework, and foundational numeracy skills. Experience Working With Children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and positive behavior management. Ability to follow directions, work collaboratively in a team, and maintain a professional, inclusive attitude. Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing classroom materials and student activities. Relevant diploma or degree in Education or a related field is preferred; prior school-based experience is an advantage.
