Odoo Implementor – Mid-Level
Role Overview We are looking for a Mid-Level ERP Implementor to lead the functional side of ERP delivery for schools.
You will work directly with schools to understand their operations, configure Odoo accordingly, and ensure successful ERP adoption.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys process design, customer interaction, and hands-on system configuration, without deep coding. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from schools (finance, HR, operations, academics). Translate school workflows into Odoo configurations (modules, workflows, permissions). Configure and customize Odoo without heavy coding (settings, rules, reports). Lead ERP implementation projects from kickoff to go-live. Coordinate with the ERP Developer on required customizations. Support data migration, user setup, and system validation. Train school staff and provide post-go-live support. Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience2–4 years of experience implementing Odoo or similar ERP systems. Strong understanding of business processes (finance, HR, operations). Experience working directly with customers or internal stakeholders. Ability to map real-world workflows into ERP systems. Strong communication and documentation skills. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, small company. Nice to Have Experience working with schools, universities, or education organizations. Understanding of basic accounting concepts. Experience with ERP rollouts in Egypt or the MENA region.
