Golden City Travel is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tour Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel and experienced in designing exceptional travel experiences across Egypt and international destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize travel itineraries for individuals (FITs) and groups.
- Prepare comprehensive travel programs, including accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services.
- Handle inbound travel requests and manage bookings from inquiry to completion.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, guides, and other suppliers.
- Provide destination expertise and professional travel recommendations.
- Ensure all reservations and travel arrangements are accurate and well-organized.
- Monitor bookings and operational requirements to ensure seamless trip execution.
- Assist clients before, during, and after travel, providing excellent customer service.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally when required.
