For one of our clients is Hiring #HR_Manager at El Nahda – Amreya, #Alexandria Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives. • Lead all HR functions including Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development. • Build and maintain a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. • Manage workforce planning and manpower requirements for both factory and administrative functions. • Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and company policies. • Develop employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, productivity, and workplace satisfaction. • Drive organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives. • Oversee performance management processes and leadership development programs. • Monitor HR KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to management. • Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives. Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 12 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Previous experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing, Frozen Food, or Export-Oriented Companies is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations. • Proven experience managing large blue-collar and white-collar workforces. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development. • Master degree or HR certifications are a plus.
