  • Key Responsibilities
  •  Review and analyze tender documents (RFPs / RFQs) and ensure full compliance with requirements
  •  Prepare, develop, and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals
  •  Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, and operations) to gather required inputs
  •  Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across all bid documents
  •  Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
  •  Support bid strategy development to improve win rates
  •  Maintain a structured archive of proposals, templates, and tender documentation
  •  Communicate with stakeholders and ensure timely submission of all deliverables
