Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Product Owner to join our team and lead the development and enhancement of ERP, CRM, or HRIS products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining product vision, gathering business requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions that align with customer and business needs. The successful candidate should have strong experience in enterprise software products, preferably within ERP, CRM, HRIS, Payroll, or Saa S environments, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements for ERP, CRM, or HRIS products. Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization of features and enhancements. Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, UI/UX, Development, QA, Customer Success, and Stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery. Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product review meetings within an Agile/Scrum environment. Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and workflows. Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to drive product improvements. Work closely with implementation and support teams to understand customer pain points and propose enhancements. Ensure product features meet customer expectations and business objectives. Track product KPIs and performance metrics to measure success and identify optimization opportunities. Participate in UAT and validate delivered features before release.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or similar role in ERP, CRM, HRIS, Payroll, or Enterprise Software products. Strong understanding of ERP modules, CRM systems, HRMS/HRIS, Payroll, Attendance, Performance Management, or related enterprise solutions. Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with product backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms. Strong experience in writing user stories, BRDs, PRDs, and acceptance criteria. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams. Excellent English communication skills is a must.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a Saa S environment. Experience with B2B enterprise software products. Exposure to GCC market requirements is a plus. Certifications such as PSPO, Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or related certifications are preferred.
