At Al-Farida Stone & Tiles, we are expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Executive with experience in building materials, finishing materials, ceramics, porcelain, stone, or related industries. If you have a passion for sales, relationship building, and project-based business development, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities across Egypt. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients. Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Generate leads and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships. Follow up on project specifications and tenders to secure product inclusion. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's expansion plans.
Requirements:5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Project Sales. Previous experience in ceramics, porcelain, stone, finishing materials, construction materials, interior design products, or related sectors. Strong network within the architecture, design, contracting, and real estate industries. Experience handling B2B sales and key accounts. Knowledge of project sales cycles, tenders, BOQs, and specifications is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Fluent English and Arabic.
