We’re hiring a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in the IT Hardware & Network Solutions sector. If you have strong supplier management skills, understand procurement cycles, and can optimize purchasing processes while maintaining quality and cost efficiency — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT hardware, networking equipment, and related supplies Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for pricing, quality, and delivery terms Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply chains Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams for purchasing needs Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance Ensure timely delivery while minimizing procurement costs Maintain compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferably in IT hardware/distribution) Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, or Excel Strong analytical and organizational skills Familiarity with IT products, hardware, or networking equipment is a strong advantage
