Role Description This is a full-time, on-site FF&E Technical Office Junior role based in Giza. The primary responsibilities include preparing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation related to FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) projects. The role involves assisting in procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with project timelines, and collaborating closely with the design and project teams to meet client requirements. Additionally, the role includes managing project documentation and supporting other technical office operations as required.
Qualifications Proficiency in technical drawing tools such as Auto CAD and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of FF&E and procurement processes, along with an understanding of materials and finishes Attention to detail with skills in document preparation, organization, and project coordination Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle multiple priorities Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred Experience in the luxury hospitality or design industry is a plus Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with sustainability standards is advantageous
