Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Markaz Sohag. The Sales Representative will focus on engaging with potential and existing clients to provide life and takaful insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, building and maintaining client relationships, providing detailed product explanations, responding to inquiries, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Customer Service, and relationship building Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities Goal-oriented with effective Time Management and Organizational skills Basic knowledge of Financial Services, Insurance Products, and Principles Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach Fluency in Arabic (required), with English language proficiency as an advantage Prior experience in insurance or financial sales is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
