Key Responsibilities • Lead Implementations: Drive full-cycle Odoo ERP projects from requirements to post-go-live support. • Configure & Customize: Tailor core modules (Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, HR) to business needs. • System Admin: Manage maintenance, upgrades, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. • Business Analysis: Translate complex processes into efficient Odoo workflows. • Training: Empower end-users and provide ongoing technical support.

What We Need • Experience: 3+ years hands-on as an Odoo Implementer/Administrator. • Expertise: Deep knowledge of Odoo architecture, modules, and best practices. • Industry Background: Proven implementations across diverse industries (manufacturing/retail/services is a plus). • Skills: Independent worker, excellent problem-solver, and strong communicator. • Bonus: Official Odoo certification.
