Role Description The Electrical Tendering Engineer will be responsible for preparing and submitting quotations, analyzing electrical engineering specifications and requirements, procuring materials and equipment, and effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders. The role involves working closely with the engineering and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tenders.
Job description Study of all the specifications and insure that the product are complying the specifications Make product configuration by selecting all attributes regarding the product on our quotation tool . Coordinate with Sales engineers and customers to ensure specifications are accurate in order to prepare technical and price offer. Follow up with the sales office about any questions regarding the previous offers Contact with supply chain dep.to get prices and approvals for some products under supervise with manager Make compliance statement on the specification and complete submittal up on request. Reply on Consultant and client comment's Fill Guarantee tables when required. Contact with supply chain dep. To check the availability of product for each tender or some important offers. Contact with production dep. To Check the delivery period of product for each tender or some important offers. Make accurate costing with updating BOM for each tender or some important offers. Make all modifications required modified by customer or on Orders after approval Make any task ordered by their supervisor Responsible for Pre-Sales Support Make the necessary visit for customer with sales Engineer up on request.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Power Engineering.2–5 years of experience in MV panels (Switchgear, Kiosks, RMUs) Solid knowledge of MV systems, components, and single line diagrams. Experience in tendering, estimation, and proposal preparation. Ability to study tender documents, specifications, and BOQs. Very good command of English Language Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.industrial background is a MUST.
