Job Description Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment used in the production of glass wool and rock wool insulation materials. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance production efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical failures, recommending and executing corrective actions. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including technical reports, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals. Ensure all mechanical operations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Support the implementation of new technologies, such as STM Technology, to advance manufacturing capabilities. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for procurement and installation of mechanical components. Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff on best practices and standard operating procedures. Participate in regular inspections and audits to uphold quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and production processes. Experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., Auto CAD, Solid Works). Willingness to work on-site in an office-based arrangement.
