Job Details

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for corporate and commercial clients. Manage existing clients and expand the network of new customers. Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure target achievement. Follow up on promotional campaigns and offers with stores and distributors. Propose new products and expand distribution channels. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance on a regular basis. Ability to select distributors and establish effective cooperation systems with them. Qualifications Proven experience in sales within Sauces sector (minimum 3–5 years). Strong ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets. Strong personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Owns a car. Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
