Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Qesm El Arbeen. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role will also involve developing creative recruitment strategies, fostering relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring positive candidate experiences. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment metrics, staying updated on labor market trends, and building strong talent pipelines.
Qualifications
Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment processes Strong skills in employer branding, hiring strategies, and building talent pipelines Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Skilled in communication, candidate engagement, and proactive relationship-building Understanding of labor market trends, recruitment metrics, and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
