Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations in the sheet metal department. Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the production team. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics. Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing. Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, forming, etc.). Experience in managing production teams and operations. Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
