PRIME Developments, a leading developer creating breathtaking projects along the stunning Red Sea in Hurghada, Egypt, is seeking a talented and results-oriented Media Buyer to join our growing marketing team
Responsibilities:Review drawings, tender documents, and technical specifications for compliance. Identify and resolve design and site conflicts in coordination with project teams. Oversee quantity take-offs and technical specifications. Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and schedules. Manage technical office teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals. Validate subcontractor proposals and ensure accurate payments. Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports. Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and suppliers. Develop innovative solutions to improve project quality and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.7-10 years of experience, preferably in residential projects acting as technical office.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Auto CAD, ASD, and BIM. Experience with Primavera and MS Project. Strong design and technical analysis skills.
Soft Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
