Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Specialist Service Delivery based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Senior Specialist Service Delivery will oversee and manage service delivery processes to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating service delivery, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing operations, and addressing customer feedback. Additionally, this role will require close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve service standards.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery optimization Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating performance and identifying areas for improvement Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and the ability to address client concerns effectively Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams and engaging with clients Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field Prior work experience within the hospitality or IT industry is an advantage Proficiency in relevant software and tools for service management is preferred
