Expert Engineers is looking for a Sales Team Leader with strong experience in the educational / training field to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, setting sales strategies, and ensuring the team achieves and exceeds targets.
*Qualifications* :
- 6+ years of proven sales experience (at least 1 year in a leadership role).- Strong background in sales within the education / training industry.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the training & educational sector.- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.- Handle key client accounts and support the closing of high-value deals.- Prepare sales reports and analyze KPIs to support management decisions.- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
