Role Summary Responsible for administering and supporting, GPU systems, Linux environments, and data‑centre operations. Provides operational reporting, change/problem management support, and knowledge transfer to customers.
Key Responsibilities Administer and monitor Dell Power Edge servers (R/XE) and Open Manage Enterprise. Manage user requests, review logs, and produce operational reports. Support Change Management processes and post‑implementation activities. Perform Problem Management, including root‑cause analysis and recommendations. Deliver knowledge transfer and technical guidance to customers. Experience working in large data centre environments is key. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across hardware, OS, and network layers.
Technical Skills Infrastructure: Power Edge R/XE, Open Manage Enterprise. GPU Systems: Configuration, health, performance, NVLink, Infinity Fabric. HPC: NVIDIA Bright Cluster Manager. Networking: L2 switching, VLANs, TCP/IP fundamentals, monitoring. Linux: Red Hat/Ubuntu installation, hardening, updates. Data Centre: Large‑scale DC operations, strong troubleshooting skills.
