Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in . The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also coordinate and conduct training programs for new hires and maintain effective communication with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including planning and executing recruitment strategies Strong Interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates effectively for various roles Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates, team members, and stakeholders Experience conducting Training sessions to onboard and develop new employees Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and best practices Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively Prior experience in a recruitment or HR role is preferred Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
