Chema Group is looking for Sales Indoor.
Job Summary:-Respond to customer inquiries and provide them with detailed and clear descriptions of the company's services and products within the branch. Coordinate with all other departments within the company to conduct all sales activities in an integrated manner, including all services. Redirect work orders to the relevant department within the company for processing. Maintain customer records and updated information in accordance with policies and procedures. Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, including analysis and recommendations for performance improvement when needed.
Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree.0:2 experience in indoor, telesales, or customer service is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
