Position: Project Coordinator Engineer

Responsibilities
•Get full project brief from customer. Prepare master data file including all data requires Share the project brief & master data with all stakeholders and set up a meeting to get the full activity, investment and any other specific requirement related to project. Compile the details and share with finance team to work on costing To share the cost with customer and get approval Receive the commercial brief from customer Analyzing the brief for new RM/PM requirements Receive all technical documents from customer and ensure published version is available before production Initiation of the material codes and assign SAP description. Material master, recipe/BOM creation in SAP, QA phase activation Ensure updating the demand in the codes through supply chain team Prepare the timelines for the project Circulate the timeline with internal departments and with customer Check with supply chain for line allocation and capacity blocking Process the capex for the investment requirements, ETA to be part of the timelines Get Rolling forecast from the customer, then share it supply chain team To share the details with Purchase team for placing order of new Raw & Packaging Materials Follow up on POs issuance and on the ETA for Raw & Packaging Materials Follow up with customer for any pending documents To generate the mockup samples for approval To get approval on the mockup samples from customer Follow up with copacker for completion of the activity Arrange the shade cards and signed off samples from customer Ensure the operational documents are shared with the customer for sign off before commercial startup Communicate the production date with customer to attend first production Prepare for a readiness meeting internally with all stakeholders for final alignment to be-----------
