???????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: ✅ Review tender documents, technical specs, drawings, and BOQs ✅ Select appropriate switchgear, protection, control & metering systems per client requirements ✅ Prepare detailed technical & commercial offers (pricing, material take-offs, man-hour estimates) ✅ Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for cost and delivery ✅ Ensure offers are competitive, compliant, and submitted on time ✅ Evaluate risks, assumptions, and exclusions within the scope ✅ Support sales in technical clarifications, negotiations, and client meetings ✅ Attend pre-/post-bid meetings as needed ✅ Provide organized handover packages to design/execution teams ????????????????????????????????????????????????????: ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering ✔️ +8 Years work experience related to Control, Protection, SAS, and Metering Systems at HV Electrical Substations ✔️ Proven experience in tendering and bidding processes within HV Electrical Substations ✔️ Proven tendering experience (RFQ handling, offer preparation, client coordination) ✔️ Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, and other international standards ✔️ Proficient in Auto CAD, MS Office, and electrical schematics interpretation ✔️ Strong communication, negotiation & analytical skills ✔️ Experience in KSA market is a plus
