Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Markaz Damanhour. The Sales Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service, and offering financial products that meet customer needs. Daily tasks include approaching and engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product offerings, and closing sales. The role also involves supporting clients through the application process, addressing inquiries, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist clients Experience in Sales and understanding of basic sales techniques and processes Knowledge of Insurance and general financial products is an advantage Ability to educate and train customers on financial products and services Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven approach High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in sales or finance are a plus Prior experience in a sales or financial services environment is beneficial
