Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Team Member, located in Hurghada. The primary responsibilities of the role include overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipments, and coordinating with teams to meet service benchmarks. Duties also include managing logistics processes, addressing customer inquiries, assisting in project execution, and working closely with warehouse and delivery staff to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical and Operations Management skills to efficiently manage and optimize processes. Excellent Communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients effectively. Sales capabilities with a proactive approach to achieving business growth goals. Experience in Project Management to support and implement operational initiatives as needed. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines under pressure. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
