Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 2nd 6 October for a Business Development Specialist in the outsourcing services domain. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify opportunities, generating leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business growth strategies. The role will require collaboration across teams to achieve business objectives and ensure excellent customer service is provided.

Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data to develop actionable insights Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities Experience in Market Research to analyze industry trends and competition Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in business development or sales roles is a plus
